Freight Force Shipping L.L.C is seeking for the position of Tanker Operator – operations.

Will be responsible for:
• Coordinating & managing the operations of tanker vessels within our shipbroking company
• liaising with ship-owners, charterers, and port agents to ensure the efficient and safe transportation of liquid cargo
• Oversee the voyage execution, monitor vessel performance, ensure compliance with international regulations and company procedures
• Resolve operational issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Handling and monitoring of voyage /time charted accounts for the ships including hire payments, freight payments, SOA and settlement of final voyage account with ship owner / charters

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with ship-owners, charterers, and port authorities
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple vessels and operational tasks simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the capability to assess market trends, vessel performance data, and operational risks
• Willingness to work irregular hours and be available for emergency response situations, including weekends and holidays
• Collaborative approach towards working with internal teams, including chartering, finance, and legal departments, to ensure seamless execution of tanker operations
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Additional certifications or training in tanker operations, such as Chartering or Vessel Management courses, would be advantageous
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tanker operations, preferably within a shipbroking or shipping company
• Proven track record of successfully managing tanker vessels and overseeing voyage operations
• Familiarity with international maritime regulations, particularly those related to tanker safety, pollution prevention, and port operations.
