Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for the company culture and role requirements.
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with UAE labor laws.
Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues.
Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on HR best practices and legislative changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR role in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
Salary: AED 10,000 per month
