Job Description:
1. Should have a solid background of 7+ years working with Oracle Fusion Payroll.
2. Should have been involved in at least 2 projects related to implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll specifically tailored to comply with UAE legislation.
3. Proficiency in configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll & developing Fast Formulas for payroll calculations is essential.
4. Good to have Experience in Absence Management & Global HCM
5. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks concurrently, adhere to project schedules, and prioritize delivering exceptional client service.
6. Proficiency in documenting various aspects of the project/ support including requirements, workflows, data requirements, and technical documents is required.
7. Ability to lead functional and technical design workshops related to Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll configuration.

For instance, if the job ad for a web developer role mentions “programming languages,” your skills section might look like this:

These languages are good examples of industry-specific terminology. Only people specializing in IT are likely to know what “TypeScript” is.

It’s important to use job-specific resume keywords so that the hiring manager knows you’re familiar with the industry — even if you’re looking for an entry-level job.

Including these words shows you’ve done at least the minimum amount of research, and have an interest in the field.

Also, use synonyms to increase the variety of keywords on your resume. A “programmer” should also refer to themself as a “coder” because these two words mean roughly the same thing, and you never know exactly what terms have been programmed into the ATS.
