Job Description:
The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive digital marketing strategy and decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics tools and techniques, as well as a strong background in digital marketing principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and analyze data from various sources, including website analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
2. Use advanced data analysis techniques, such as segmentation, regression analysis, and predictive modeling, to gain insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends.
3. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Excel to present data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing and management teams.
4. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and enhance the overall performance of digital marketing initiatives.

7. Provide training and support to other team members in the use of data analysis tools and techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Excel, including advanced data manipulation, visualization, and reporting techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects
