Immediately hiring for Supply Chain supervisor (Food Industry)
Location: Makkah Saudi Arabia
(Duties and responsibilities):
-Maintaining knowledge of the market, in addition to current prices and fair rates for goods
-Planning policies and procedures for efficiently, economically and productively purchasing goods for supply chain production and operation
-Monitoring, reviewing and analyzing bids and quotes with suppliers, including the negotiation of service agreements and contracts
-Overseeing sources for purchasing supplies
-Maintaining company budget and streamlining costs
-Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy from materials to finished
products released ready for sales.
-Participate in new product selection and evaluation.
-Assist in all regulatory issues related to supply chain.
-Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or
finished products.
-Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree
-6-10 years of experience in similar role (preferably agriculture/food sectors)
-Experience in Shipping
-Proven track record of Team Leadership
-Very Good – Excellent English
-Proven track record in negotiation and business networking
