Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for the Hospitality industry?
360 HR Partners is seeking a seasoned Group HR Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our hospitality clients across the UAE.

What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive HR leadership and guidance to our hospitality clients in Abu Dhabi.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Manage a team of HR professionals and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Stay up-to-date on UAE labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in a managerial HR role within the UAE hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating HR teams.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Experience managing a headcount of 500+ employees is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
