Calling All Lead Planning Engineers (Offshore Oil & Gas)
NMDC Group is searching for a seasoned Lead Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team:
Do you have a proven track record of success in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) for offshore oil and gas projects?

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Leading and managing all aspects of project planning for assigned EPC oil and gas projects (offshore experience is mandatory).
Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules that meet deadlines and client expectations.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and ensuring project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure project alignment.
Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed.
Providing expert guidance and mentorship to junior planning engineers.
To be successful, you'll need:
A minimum of 11 years of experience as a Lead Planning Engineer or similar role in the EPC oil and gas sector (offshore experience is essential).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
In-depth knowledge of project planning and scheduling best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
