IT People Gulf is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Techno Functional Consultant to join our team in Dubai:
In this dynamic role, you'll bridge the gap between IT support and technical functionality, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Do you have:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role?
A proven track record of resolving complex technical issues?
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications?
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems?
Certifications like ITIL, Jira, or similar (a plus)?

You'll be responsible for:
Delivering advanced technical support to our clients.
Managing incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
Contributing to project management initiatives.
Creating clear and concise technical documentation.
Providing user training and ongoing support.
Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing vendor relationships to ensure service delivery.
Continuously seeking improvements to optimize IT support processes.
