Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new FM clients
Generate leads through prospecting techniques (cold calling, social media)

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or a related service industry
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and social skills
Must-have: UAE Driver's License
