Senior Architect Abu Dhabi, UAE (10-15 years' experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will play a key role in the development and execution of complex architectural projects, from conceptual design to construction.

About You:
You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
You have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience working on architectural projects in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
You are proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, 3D Max, and other relevant design software.
You have a collaborative spirit and thrive in a team environment, effectively communicating with design directors, project managers, engineers, and clients.
You are a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Develop and refine conceptual architectural designs into detailed construction drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the design review process, ensuring feasibility and adherence to technical specifications.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and present design proposals to clients.
Foster strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs and addressing their concerns.
