About the Opportunity
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in the success of our road and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of quantity surveying for assigned road and infrastructure projects.
Prepare highly accurate bills of quantities (BOQs) in accordance with CESMM standards.
Analyze tender documents and prepare cost estimates.
Provide expert advice on contractual matters related to costs and quantities.
Monitor project progress, track costs, and identify potential cost variances.
Manage and mentor junior quantity surveyors within the team.

Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 15 years of demonstrable experience in quantity surveying for roads and infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
In-depth knowledge of CESMM and FIDIC contract conditions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CCS CostX, Synchro) and MS
Office Suite.
UAE residency and the ability to work on-site a plus.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
