Document Controller Oil and Gas / EPC

We are seeking a highly motivated Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining a comprehensive document control system for our Oil & Gas and EPC projects.

Responsibilities:
Manage and control all project documents, ensuring proper version control, filing, and retrieval.
Implement and maintain document control procedures in accordance with project requirements.
Utilize document control software to efficiently manage and distribute documents.
Conduct document reviews for completeness and accuracy.
Respond to document requests from project stakeholders in a timely manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the document control system.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Document Control for Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or a related field) preferred.
Strong understanding of document control systems and processes for EPC projects.
Prior experience with ADNOC projects a plus.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to solve problems effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
