QAF is looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in all aspects of the HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
You will partner with business leaders to identify and address HR needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the Fit Out industry.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
