POSITION- Analyst.
JOB LOCATION- Anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
QUALIFICATION- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Admin
EXPERIENCE:-  04 years of related experience preferably in the petrochemical sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION.
The candidates should be familiar with the industrial / manufacturing environment and familiar with the following tasks & responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the preparation and verification of contractual agreements required for transactions. Assists in resolving conflicts and/or provides clarifications on transactions with relevant knowledge of regulations and guidelines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
->Review contracts, bid document packages (technical & commercial), cost estimates, establish suitable bidding strategies,
->Bid evaluation, and award recommendations. Working in line with the organization’s procedure/compliance for contract
procurements.
->Negotiation of contracts and providing commercial/contractual advice and guidance to minimize risk, ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and realize operational effectiveness and efficiency in these functional areas.
->Ensures that for all contract actions, appropriate documentation is obtained, tracked, and maintained within the corporate databases, and contract systems in an accurate, systematic, and timely manner.
->Serves as a subject matter expert in contracting and develops standards for legally binding agreements, contracts, policies, procedures, templates, tools, and systems.
->Assesses, evaluates, analyzes, and interprets contract or agreement terms and conditions and recommends alternative language, solutions, and/or assists in resolving any supplier risk compliance, or performance issues, as necessary.
->Exercises good judgment in selecting the best contracting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
