You will be responsible for leading a team of Assistant Store Managers, Supervisors, and Sales Associates, fostering a positive work environment, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
What You'll Do:
Motivate and empower your team to consistently exceed daily and seasonal sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, margin volume, and shrink reduction.
Conduct comprehensive training programs to equip your team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and historical information to forecast future performance.
Oversee all aspects of merchandise flow, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Manage the store's Profit & Loss statement and optimize operational expenses.
Partner with the HR team to recruit top talent and build a high-performing team.
Conduct regular store audits to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Continuously streamline processes and enhance customer service productivity across all areas.
