Guest Relationship Manager

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Guest Relationship Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional service to guests throughout their stay.
Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Overseeing guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Proactively identifying guest needs and exceeding expectations.
Building rapport with guests and fostering a welcoming environment.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintaining accurate guest records and documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will need
Experience in hospitality or a related field.
Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and Arabic (a plus).
