Human Resources Assistant

La Casa is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you will provide administrative support across all HR functions, ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS system.
Manage benefits administration tasks.
Coordinate and conduct training programs as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
Experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in HRIS software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
