Position: IT Support Engineer
Location: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai
Salary: AED 3500 - 4000 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent would be advantageous and preferred.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, etc.) and network security concepts.
