Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry?
Alameera Food is searching for a qualified candidate to join our team in Dubai Industrial City! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production plant by maintaining and repairing critical equipment used for processing dairy and juice products.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all mechanical maintenance activities within the production plant.
Implement and adhere to established preventive maintenance schedules.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems and equipment breakdowns.
Collaborate effectively with other departments and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or a closely related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of dairy and juice processing equipment (Centrifugal & lobe pumps, pneumatic systems, Milk pasteurizers, and Homogenizers).
Experience working with Aseptic filling lines and Tetra Pak technologies is a strong asset.
