Accountant Admin Assitant

WHEELS OF ARABIA UAE, a subsidiary of Almoayed Investments BSC Bahrain, is the leading motorcycle importer in Dubai, working with premium brands in the industry.

We are looking for an ACCOUNTANT-ADMIN ASSISTANT to join the DUBAI TEAM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Daily sales and accounts report.

* Handle cash.

* Post daily journal entries to QuickBooks.

* Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.

* Arrange insurance quotations for customers.

* Help with the registration of motorcycles at RTA, and create sales agreements.

* Process payments to local and international suppliers.

* Handle all documents, sales invoices, and expenses receipt and submit them to auditors for FTA filing.

* Submit financial monthly reports to auditors.

* Prepare Monthly bank reconciliation.

* Monitor company vehicles insurance, registrations, Salik account, and fines.

* Provide recruitment administration support.

* Renew company trade license, P.O. Box, Insurance & Tenancy contracts.

* Process and monitor employees work visa and medical insurance

* Prepare employees duty roster & attendance reports to send to Bahrain head office

* Prepare employees monthly sales commission and send to Bahraini head office

* Prepare monthly payroll register to send to Bahrain head office

* Process salaries through WPS

* Other duties and responsibilities as required.


REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

* At least 2 years relevant experience IN DUBAI

* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with numbers

* Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team

* Passion for motorcycles and an understanding of the motorcycle industry and its premium brands is a plus
