Help Desk Officer

We're hiring an experienced "Help Desk Officer" to be based in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time onsite role.

Mandatory requirements to apply for this role:

1. Degree Level (minimum), A university degree related to Customer Management, Business Management, or Operations Management is desirable.
2. Excellent communication skills are highly required for this role.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Help Desk role.
4. These roles require 24/7/365 availability and will involve working on a shift basis.
