Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Technical Designer and 3D Printing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in graphic design, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to create visually stunning designs. Additionally, you will leverage your experience operating 3D printing machines and CNC equipment to bring these designs to life in physical form.

Responsibilities:
Designing and creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Collaborating with the design team to develop concepts and ideas for various projects.
Operating and maintaining 3D printing machines and CNC equipment to produce prototypes, models, and finished products.
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of printed designs through careful monitoring and adjustment of printing parameters.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with printing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Managing material inventory and coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate supply levels.
Providing technical support and guidance to team members on design and printing-related matters.
Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in graphic design, 3D printing, and CNC technology.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, industrial design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining 3D printing machines and CNC equipment.
Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with CAD software is a plus.
