Ambulance Driver

Safely operate an ambulance to transport patients to medical facilities, following all traffic rules and regulations. Provide basic first aid and emergency medical care to patients during transport, as needed and within the scope of training. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the ambulance, ensuring all medical equipment and supplies are properly stocked and functioning

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, medical personnel, and other emergency responders to coordinate patient care and transportation.

Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and empathy when interacting with patients, families, and bystanders

Adhere to all protocols, procedures, and guidelines established by the organization and relevant regulatory agencies.

Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately and promptly

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in emergency medical care and ambulance operations.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel

Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license, with experience in driving emergency vehicles.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and equivalent emergency medical training.

Excellent driving record with no history of traffic violations./Clear RTA record Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws and road safety practices.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and in emergency situations. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry patients as required.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience as an ambulance driver role is preferred.

Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
