Recovery Driver

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for picking up customers’ vehicles from their location, safely transporting them to our service center, and returning them to the customer once the required maintenance or repairs are completed. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service center.

Safely and efficiently transport customer vehicles to and from their location and our service center using a recovery truck.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring the vehicle is handled with care and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries professionally.
Possess a thorough understanding of Dubai’s road routes and traffic patterns to ensure timely and efficient pickups and drop-offs.
Conduct basic vehicle inspections to assess the condition of customer vehicles before and after transport.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and traffic regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, the vehicle, and other road users.
Maintain accurate records of each service request, including vehicle details, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any additional customer instructions.
Effectively manage your schedule to ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs, optimizing routes and minimizing wait times for customers.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Number 3 driving license.
Proven experience driving a recovery truck or similar vehicle.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s road routes and traffic patterns.
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).

Resume Keyword Practices to Avoid
We’ve established that using resume keywords throughout your application boosts your chances of a human hiring manager seeing it.
However, be careful not to overdo it.
Packing your resume full of keywords is almost as bad as not including any at all.
Don’t forget that a real person will (hopefully) see your resume at some point. So use natural language that engages that person.
Tip
Make sure you balance hard skills vs soft skills on your resume to show you’re a rounded candidate.
Otherwise, they’ll think you’re either a bad writer — which indicates your communication skills aren’t good — or assume you’re trying to beat the ATS, making you seem dishonest.

 

Keyword Stuffing
Keyword stuffing refers to using the same keyword again and again in an unnatural way to get your resume past the ATS.
People engage in keyword stuffing because some ATS software gives applications a higher ranking when it detects a keyword is used more. For instance, an ATS might assign a higher score to a candidate who mentions “search engine optimization” six times over one who mentions it three times.
