Fleet Supervisor

Location: UAE
Major Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles to ensure timely and efficient service.
Monitor and manage fuel consumption and costs, implementing strategies to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all local government regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation and safety.
Develop and manage the fleet budget, including forecasting expenses and analyzing cost-saving opportunities.
Training new drivers on safety procedures and company policies.
Assigning routes to drivers based on, customer needs, and other factors.
Prepare yearly overhead and equipment budget.
Develop and maintain relations with outside vendors and internal customers.
Proficient Knowledge of RTA rules and regulations.
Requirements
Education: Any Graduate with similar experience.
Experience: Minimum 5 plus Years of Fleet Operations in UAE.
UAE valid Driving License holder.
Must have computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite and ERP.
Preference to Immediate Joiners.
