UPC Dubai is Looking for Senior HR & Admin Officer
Key Role:
- Recruitment and On boarding: Craft and execute a top-tier strategy for sourcing exceptional talent, and develop a smooth on boarding process that sets up new hires for success.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee a fair and enticing compensation structure, including payroll and benefits administration that aligns with our company's values and market trends.
- Administrative Functions: Ensure their administrative operations run like a well-oiled machine, supporting our team's peak performance and our company's strategic goals.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment where communication flows, issues are addressed proactively, and employees feel valued and engaged.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of more than 5 years in HR and Administration roles.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
