Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their growing team in Dubai, leading all aspects of human resources management for their offices in the UAE & KSA.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading various aspects of HR operations in the events sector, demonstrating a robust generalist background and an in-depth understanding of the industry's unique challenges.
Must have experience of managing both freelancers and permanent employees, understanding the nuances of working with diverse employment structures.
Minimum Requirements:
• 5-8 years of HR Management within the events industry,
• Strong knowledge of local UAE & KSA labour laws and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
• HR Certification (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) will be highly advantageous.
AED 25,000 - 30,000 + Benefits.
