Residential Project Manager / Head of Projects

I am currently working with a developer in Dubai, looking to kick off 3 residential projects this year and they are looking for a well connected and experienced Project Manager.

Requirements:

10+ years experience as Project Manager in Construction or Real Estate
Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Personal contacts within Trakhees or Nakheel
Must have experience with Residential Towers - G+10
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
Experience with projects from inception to handover phase

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 AED
