Secretary

Our company is looking for a Secretary, of Asian nationality.

* Receiving Incoming Calls Managing call records and keeping notes.

* Checking the emails and forwarded to the concerned persons

* Maintaining the Incoming and Outgoing correspondence records project- wise.

* Maintaining the Supplier's Quotation records and maintaining the register.

Experience and fresher both can apply, our company will provide you the

1. Accommodation

2. Transport

3. Visa to the employees.

Salary AED2200 to AED2800.
