As an Office Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
Office care: Organizing, maintaining the space and office supply; meeting guests; preparing tea, coffee, lunch
Documentation: legal documents, business operations documents, data entry, invoices, orders, printing etc.
Research
Assistance to the founders: personal assistance, daily schedule and email management assistance
Office representative: answer inquiries, phone calls and emails
