A perfume manufacturer in Dubai is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.
Experience: 5+ years of UAE experience required.
UAE driving license is a must.
Plenty of international travel required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core expertise in Sales and Marketing, ideally experienced in Fragrance/Personal Care – Packaging and components, with a track record of exceptional, transformative management practices in GCC.
Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product development and market growth.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports and provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field would be preferred but not a must.
Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market and customer preferences.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales representatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
