A leading Group of Companies in Dubai urgently require the following personnel for their Security Company.Operations Manager:•Security professional with a proven management experience of minimum 5 years with a reputed company in UAE(Dubai preferred).•Manage and train the Marketing Team, Admin Team, Security Officers,Site and/or Shift Supervisors.•Must be a team leader, able to manage the company independently.Go for field visit and generate new business. • Build and maintain cordial relationship with the clients.•With superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.•Holding a valid UAE driving license.Salary will be best in the industry + bonus/commission+company car with petrol card and other benefits.
