Our Company is looking for a Female Asian Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our facility and its current and potential clients/customers.
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Identify patients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
