Position: Secretary/Receptionist
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Job Description
• Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
• Able to perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision in a timely and efficient manner.
• Able to extend Strong Admin support to the Managing Director (MD)
• Able to draft letters/e-mails and reports required by the MD
• Able to troubleshoot any issues with computer/laptop/iPhone
• Shall be assisting MD in his day-to-day work and business activities
• Able to work in Flexible timing/ extended hours as and when required
• Manage the calendar, arranging meetings and appointments
• Reminding MD of important tasks and deadlines
• Managing database and filing systems
• Create systems to manage company documents and ensure that all documents are up to date
• Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
• Booking and arranging travel, transport, accommodation, etc., when needed.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Other office administration tasks as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Background in IT is an advantage
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently with minimum supervision is imperative
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• A multi-tasker with a High level of competency in work is mandatory.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Acquainted with knowledge of office management systems and procedure
• With a clear understanding of confidentiality & loyalty
• Pleasant and positive approach.
