Experienced Executive Secretary

Urgently required an experienced Executive Secretary for an established company in Dubai.

The multi-faceted role involves managing schedules of chairman & CEO, greeting visitors at front office to general administrative tasks, to assist in preparation of quotations for tenders and inquiries.

Requirements:
– Strong written and verbal communication
– A proactive multitasker
– Excellent MS Office skills.
– Expertise in Excel is must. Preferably, high rating Excel skills.
– Min 6 years of relevant UAE experience
