Duties & Responsibilities Include:
• To abide strictly by the applicable procedures.
• To make the workers strictly abide by the applicable procedures as well as the general safety rules & regulations.
• To take part in drawings to get a comprehensive message across the one’s site workers.
• To give guidance during execution while watching over the auto-control sheet correct filling out.
• To control the work by the craft standards & specified requirements while preparing the corresponding timesheets.
• To verify the availability, correct status, and/or conformity to specified requirements while preparing the corresponding timesheets.
• To verify the availability, correct status, and/or conformity to specified requirements of materials, tools, and specific equipment before job outset.
• In case of foreman presence on-site, the team leader will have reduced responsibilities notified by Site Engineer.
Relations & Autonomy:
• To report all the site matters to Foremen, including work-in-progress, assessed needs in manpower, materials, tools & equipment for the period to come, misunderstanding of project documents, problems of any kind.
• To optimize site store contents and level with Foremen.
• To coordinate with Foremen for the tests to be performed
• To work in partnership with another subcontractor of the site.
• To coordinate directly with QHSE for all types of improvement actions.
