Opening for an experienced Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff for an established company in Dubai.
Requirements:
– Min 6 years of relevant UAE experience.
– Strong written and verbal communication.
– A proactive multitasker.
– Excellent MS Office skills.
– Expertise in Excel is must. Preferably, high rating Excel skills.
The multi-faceted role involves managing schedules of chairman & CEO, greeting visitors at front office to general administrative tasks to assisting in preparation of quotations for tenders and inquiries.
