Job Description
We are looking for an engaging, courteous and hospitable Kitchen Steward who is passionate about food and beverage service.
1. Operate Kitchen Equipment with good sanitary standards.
2. Display proper methods and stocking procedure of all utensils and items in the Food & Beverage Operations.
3. Follow the Departmental sanitation checklist as well as daily checklist.
4. Report on any required repairs for preventive maintenance.
5. Ensure cleanliness of all facilities and equipment in the Food & Beverage area.
6. Maintain restaurant safety and hygiene standard in the operation.
7. Control and maintain on an ongoing basis, quality level of service i.e. Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
8. Perform all other work assigned with related duties.
9. To be well aware of the operational procedures of machineries / equipment concerning the cleaning / washing / steaming.
10. Know how to clean equipment / fixtures in the kitchen, service area, food outlets and back area.
11. Fully aware of chemical usage on different equipment and kitchenware.
