General Manager – Air Conditioning Division.

General Manager ( MEP Contracting ) will report to Chief Operating Officer. He will supervise Assistant General Managers – Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing and other Department head such as Tendering Department, Design Section heads such as Mechanical Design, Plumbing Design, and Electrical Design within the Air Conditioning Division.

The suitable candidate shall be a Qualified Mechanical Engineer with at least 20 years of experience in the MEP Industry. He should have a minimum of 10 years in the GCC region out of which a minimum of 3-5 years as General Manager with a well-known Grade “A” MEP Contracting Company and should have exposure to handling techno-commercial aspects of multiple MEP Projects.

Should be able to lead and manage the Project Team and Sub Contractors for the successful implementation of MEP projects of the division. Should have excellent Communication Skills and should possess GCC Driving License. Knowledge of Oracle ERP will be an added advantage. A Detailed Job Description is attached herewith.

The salary range shall be 20000 – 25000 AED. Apart from Salary, the following perks shall be provided :
