We are looking for a Bilingual (Arabic/English) Call Centre Agents.

Mandatory Requirements
One or more year of experience as call centre agent of UAE.
Must be diploma / graduate
Having Good communication skills in both English & Arabic – Strong communication, both written and verbal
Basic mathematics / numerical understanding
Great active listening skills
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
A patient and empathetic attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Computer literacy
Phone skills
Expertise in the customer service area

Job Details
Attractive Salary, Employment Visa and Medical Insurance
Job Timing: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (2 Shifts on rotational Basis) – 6 Days a week (48 Hours)
Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, and other account items
Collaborate with other call centre professionals to improve customer service
Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.
