LIFE Pharmacy Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist
We’re looking for an Front Desk Receptionist to come and join our Front Office team. You will provide a comprehensive Reception/secretarial service to our Corporate office Administration coordinating the activities with other team members to ensure an efficient and excellent customer service is provided.
Job Role:
• Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of the caller, and forward calls to appropriate department.
• Build great relationships with colleagues across the locality in order to maintain morale.
• We want to recruit people to the service who share our values and are confident in their ability to contribute to the demonstrated effectiveness and acceptability of our service
Requirement:
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Flexibility to manage work requirements
