We are looking for a tele Admin lady for our company
Key Accountabilities:
• Primarily assist the sales team in day -to- day sales activities.
• Prepares and then follows up on any SALES quotations made for clients, negotiating terms prepared by the sales engineer.
• She must respond to any online or telephone queries.
• Must liaise between other departments and provide timely update to customer on order status.
• Generate weekly report on sales invoicing, forecast and open quotes.
• Acts as the primary customer service contact for clients.
Qualification & Skills
• Min. Experience as Sales Coordinator for 2 years.
• Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and other departments is a large focus within the job.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to the Sales
• Prefers candidate with UAE resident visa.
