HR Assistant / Payroll Officer

Job Responsibility:
– Should be able to communicate effectively with staff, both verbal and written.
– Should be able to identify issues and solve problems
– Should be familiar with MS office & ERP tools
– Keeping a track of Grievances and solving employee’s issues
– Assisting HRBP’s for preparation of reports
– Preparation of Final settlement for all employees
– Make the master input data for all earnings and deductions on monthly basis for UAE payroll
– Preparation of Group payroll Summary Report

Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 2-5 years work experience in HR in UAE; UAE experience and labor law knowledge is a must

Salary AED: 6,000 (MAX).
