Required Service Desk Analyst with 3 years of experience in call center or service desk experience in a related IT industry.
Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Computer Science/ Information Technology and /or related certification e.g. MCSE, CCNA, ITIL. would be considered advantageous
Provide 1st level of help desk support for the Al Futtaim IT user community.
Provision basic IT services.
Register and route calls received from end user community to the relevant support team.
Provide remote support to users with clarifications on IT matters or resolve queries and problems.
