juwi Renewable Energy FZCO is looking for a fulltime employee Duties: • Support the Sales Manager and the Managing Director in his sales activities • Responsible for the efficient handling of all communications and correspondences with the company’s customers, promoting the company products, services and solutions. Responsibilities: • Contact person to the company customers • Screens sales related requests and ensure that every request is answered on time and effectively • Follow up customers’ requests • Documentation • Organization of meetings • Conduct all administrative sales activities • Data entry and update files and records • Preparation of offers and quotations • Preparation and update the company presentations • Other tasks: responding to general inquiries Requirements: •Bachelor degree • 2–3 years of experience in a sales support activity • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, (French would be an asset) • Experienced in the usage of MS-Office programs, especially MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-Outlook • Strong communication skills • Customer satisfaction orientation • Organizational skills • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure • Ability to maintain confidentiality •
