• Handling front office activities.
• Attending phone calls, mail preparations
• Preparing report of day to day activities
• Follow up of quotations, negotiating with suppliers

Responsibilities as accountant:
• . Manage all accounting transactions.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts
• Managing payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Creating Vendor statements & Processing Payments
• Follow up on Payments.
