ACCL International DMCC is looking to hire for a Purchasing Officer with food items, food purchasing, FMCG, supermarket experience and is available to join immediately.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer in food industry, with 3-6 years experience
– Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
– Proven knowledge in overall areas of Procurement
– Preparing Purchase orders for food, beverages and general items for both local and International market
– Establish and maintain the most effective purchasing & receiving procedures
– Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery timing, best prices and also ensure all criteria’s are met according to organizational requirements and expectations.
– Researching potential suppliers, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
– Track and monitor purchases, from initial order to delivery
– Prepare monthly reports
– Resolves supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
