Customer Sales Associate

A. Manage account from prospection stage to customer care
Assist outside sales by receiving and handling enquiries from prospect and customers
Assist outside sales with punctual visits to customer whenever needed
Manage relationship of existing key accounts with sales personal.
Provide quotations to the customer
Gather & issue requirements from customer, such as KPI reporting, invoicing needs
Fill up and amend customer profile within Concerto & amend as required
Maintaining rates validity with customers
Ultimately in charge to gather requirements from a customer and sale commitment before transmission to Middle Office.
