CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Open Any Nationality
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the real estate brokerage
• Must have RERA Certificate
• A team player with good communication skills
• Must have a valid UAE driver’s license and own car

Handle all Sales and Leasing of the properties (New / Renewed).
Liaise with leasing agents for upcoming units 100% occupancy
Liaising with the Sales agents for current market prices and trying to get the best deals that is beneficial to the owners.
Manage all maintenance issues in line with the approved processes.
Follow up with the tenant on service satisfaction and carry out inspections.

Move-in inspection for new tenants and handing over of the apartment keys.
Move-out inspection for vacating tenants and collection of apartment keys.
