Urgent need for a competent Office Secretary cum Receptionist to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication. For Asian and Arab Nationality
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering with Good English Knowledge
• Expertise in MS Office and Other Computer Applications
• Could Able to Manage Office requirements
• Experience in working with Construction Company will be an added Advantage
• Shall Possess skills in preparing & maintaining Forms, Document Controlling, Project Coordination etc.,
• Should be experienced in working with Autocad.
